Ingredient buyers and suppliers from throughout the industry will gather in Las Vegas from October 15 through 19 as SupplySide West returns to the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. The event will welcome over 17,000 industry professionals, 1,300 exhibiting companies, and 10,000 ingredients and solutions. The exhibition focuses on educating professionals responsible for developing finished foods and nutritional products and connecting them with ingredient suppliers across the food and beverage industry.
Highlighting this year’s events will be a wide variety of two- to three-hour workshops that expose attendees to a breadth of information, including market trends/demographics, clinical research on ingredients, formulation considerations, regulatory changes and impacts, and much more.
