Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & International Programs
IFT believes that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is essential to the success and sustainability of the Association and it’s mission, and our goal is to create an environment where values of diversity, inclusion and equity are advanced and made real for our members, staff and volunteers. The Senior Manager is responsible for fulfilling the IFT Strategic Promise of Include by defining, assessing, developing and measuring strategies to build IFT’s position as a leader within DEI. This includes ensuring our performance and progress is communicated effectively internally and externally. The Senior Manager will collaborate across the Association to manage DEI-related programs, including international programs, and provide various solutions, consultations, and trainings on DEI opportunities and issues that align with our strategic goals and objectives.
